Today we read a story written by Grade 3,4 and 5 students in North Carolina.
The book is about the students celebrating their favourite features using pictures and words.
After reading, I used a bubble map to record some of my favourite features.
Next, the students were asked to use a bubble map to brainstorm some of their favourite features. Tomorrow, each student will pick their “best part” and begin to draft a written explanation as to why it is their favourite.
